Shepshed Swimming Club
- Hi and welcome,
- This page is for new & existing members of Shepshed Swimming Club and has attachments for forms that members either have to fill in and return to the club or are for information regarding club rules, fire drills etc. The two forms which can be printed off are the Application Form & Medical Form, these need to be completed and returned back to the club. If you are a new member you need to fill in one extra form but unfortunately I cannot put it online as this is for the A.S.A and is a necessary insurance form which has to be sent back to them, this form will be given to you separately.

Payments 2012:
- January 2012 we are going to revert to payment made by standing order on a monthly basis rather than a pay as you swim basis.
- All swimmers (except Green Squad) will be asked to pay £20 per month, Green Squad will be asked to pay £10 per month.
- There will also be a an extra £10 requested per swimmer as a one off cash payment in January to cover annual membership costs to the ASA.

- We appreciate we do not swim 52 weeks of the year but we decided that paying £20 per month, each month, was much easier to administer than some months being more expensive than others.
- Can you please bring your completed forms, together with cash or a cheque, to the pool and hand them in at the desk.
