Even if you didn’t get a pb this time out, there is always the next 2 rounds and as you know I expect good swims from you all – no pressure!
What a brilliant atmosphere you all worked so well as a team and I am really proud.
The next round will be going on the board very soon so tick your names off as soon as possible. As for Dq’s your coach or I will go through them with the swimmers concerned so don’t worry.
