The Swimmer of the Month award is a monthly award (you properly got that from the title) that will be given to the swimmer who has stood out in training that month. This could be in terms of attendance, effort, improvements ect. Again this will be announced on this page and also on the notice board and the swimmer will be presented with a certificate at the start of the following month. (This award is only for swimmers in the following squads, Elite, Performance, Development, Junior & Mini.)
