Blake has worked really hard in sessions and has always given 110% at galas. It is not always about winning it is about taking par and being committed to something, and being a good team player

Natasta Rose
Natasha has tried relly hard throughout 2009 to improve her times. She assists on poolside when needed and is a really good team member. Natasha is a good role model for up and coming swimmers.

This year was easy to decide on. Ian gives up countless hours coaching widths and the youngers squads. he helps at galas,continually swims for us in galas and still tries hard to get the odd PB time.
