It’s the end of an era-as Helen dyer steps down as team manager. Helen as been team manager for the last 11 years and in that time successfully selected winning teams and helped make shepshed swimming club what it is today. But Helens role didn’t end there, over the years she’s organised the annual galas and trophies, done the publicity reports, gave her time up to support swimmers at the Leicestershire County age groups & championships as well as coaching poolside (which I hope she’ll do for a few more years yet) All in all Helen as quietly supported the club in so many different ways some I’ve probably not even mentioned and it isn’t till now I’ve realised how much she’s done for the club.
