AGM
I am writing to invite you to the Shepshed Swimming Club Annual General Meeting that will take place on Thursday 4th March 2010 at 6.45 pm at The Black Swan Public House.The meeting will start with reports from the Club Chairperson, Kath Crook-Rumsey, and the Treasurer, Sara Cook and finish with voting for the new Committee. The Annual General Meeting will last for approximately 40 minutes and immediately after the new Committee will be invited to stay for their first meeting.The parents of swimmers, and swimmers aged 16 years and over are entitled to vote. Please try to attend the meeting, as the new Committee cannot be elected without a minimum number of people present to form a quorum.
The nomination sheet for the Committee members has been posted on the notice board at the poolside. Please consider supporting the club by adding your name as the support of parents/guardians is vital to the continuing success of the club.
